Can I watch the online course again at any time?
You have unlimited access to your purchased course for 90 days. After 90 days, your access to the online course expires.
Do I have to take the online course in a certain order?
There is no specific order in all courses. Although the layout has of course been thought through, you can watch the episodes in the order you want.
How many episodes should I watch per day?
We recommend that you take the online course(s) at your own pace, but complete them in full so that you have all the knowledge we share with you.
I'm having trouble with a particular course and/or episode. Do you have any tips?
During some episodes of the online courses, technical terms may be mentioned. It is best to look these up yourself on the internet, if you do not find it, you can always send us a message.
What can I do to get the results everyone is talking about?
We see that many people achieve (huge) results by living the Intermittent Fasting Matchapolitan Lifestyle. However, every body is different and therefore reacts differently to processes in your body. But with a very large dose of motivation and discipline, we are sure that you will achieve results. Keep going, you can do this!
