These general terms and conditions apply to the use of this your-wayoflife.eu platform. World of Media and Communication Ltd advises you to read these terms and conditions carefully so that you know what rights and obligations you have.

Article 1 Definitions
Account:
The personal section created and managed by the User when he registers via the Platform and which allows him to use the Service. This account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Content:
All information provided by World of Media and Communication Ltd on the platform, including but not limited to the exercises, videos, text.
Employ:
The service provided by World of Media and Communication Ltd to the User based on the Agreement concluded between World of Media and Communication Ltd and the User, as further described in art. 4 and on the Platform.
User:
Person who has entered into an Agreement and uses the Service. Hereinafter referred to as 'you', 'your' in these general terms and conditions.
General terms and conditions:
These general terms and conditions of World of Media and Communication Ltd
Login details:
The User's username and password to access the Service.
IP rights:
All intellectual property rights and related rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, trade name rights, database rights and neighbouring rights.
Agreement:
The agreement that the User enters into with World of Media and Communication Ltd for the purpose of using the Service. The agreement is entered into by the User registering on the platform in combination with the execution of the payment.
Platform:
The platform that can be reached via the URL ( http://www.your-wayoflife.eu ) and underlying pages and through which you gain access to the Service.
Article 2 Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to any use the User makes of the Service and to all agreements concluded via the Platform and to legal transactions or legal relationships between the User and World of Media and Communication Ltd.
2.2 World of Media and Communication Ltd is entitled to change or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without prejudice to you. The most current Terms and Conditions will be available on the Platform.
Article 3 Access to the Service
Article 3 Login details
3.1 In order to use the Service, you must create an Account in the manner described on the Platform. You warrant to World of Media and Communication Ltd that the information you provide when creating your Account is complete and accurate.
3.2 You are responsible for the correctness and completeness of the data provided and for the adjustment of the data if it is no longer correct. The data you provide during the registration process will be stored in a database and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy that you can find on www.your-wayoflife.eu . This Privacy Policy, like the general terms and conditions, must be accepted upon registration on the platform.
3.3 You are responsible for keeping your Login Details secret. You may not provide your Login Details to third parties. World of Media and Communication Ltd may assume that you are actually the person logging in with your Login Details. As soon as you know or have reason to suspect that Login Details have fallen into the hands of unauthorized persons, you must inform World of Media and Communication Ltd.
3.4 World of Media and Communication Ltd reserves the right to change the login procedure and/or Login Details if it deems this necessary in the interest of the functioning of the Platform.
Article 4 The Service and the use of the Service
4.1 The Service consists of providing you with access to the Platform, on which you can consult Content.
4.2 Without prejudice to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the Service and the Platform may not:
- contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, bots or other software that may damage, render unusable or inaccessible, erase or appropriate an automated work or that is intended to circumvent technical protection measures of the Platform, the Service and/or the computer systems of World of Media and Communication Ltd;
- consist of making available personal data of others;
- consist of using tools other than those provided by the Service to search the Platform or using data mining, robots or other data gathering means;
- consist of the use of any software and/or hardware tools and/or solutions (in-house or made available by third parties), insofar as these are aimed at taking over any information made accessible via the Service, or to spider, scrape, search or otherwise use and/or view the Platform in any other improper manner;
- consist of using the Service for purposes other than those described in these Terms and Conditions;
- of a commercial nature without the express prior written consent of World of Media and Communication Ltd.
- impose an unreasonable or disproportionate burden on the Platform's infrastructure or hinder the functionality of the Service;
- in the opinion of World of Media and Communication Ltd, are contrary to public decency or good taste;
- be in conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy or any applicable laws and/or regulations;
- infringe the rights of World of Media and Communication Ltd and/or third parties, including but not limited to IP rights and with regard to the protection of privacy;
- be otherwise unlawful in any way;
- could damage the interests and reputation of World of Media and Communication Ltd.
- Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous paragraphs of this article, the User is not permitted to publicly disclose Content or to enable others to publicly disclose the Content in public places. Public places are in any case understood to mean:
-
i) any publicly accessible space,
ii) any space for which an admission fee is charged,
iii) catering establishments,
iv) common areas of hotels, hospitals, retirement homes, schools, offices, government institutions and student residences.
Article 5 Availability
5.1 World of Media and Communication Ltd is entitled at all times, without prior notice and without becoming liable for damages to you, to (temporarily) disable (parts of) the Service, the Platform and/or the Content and/or to restrict their use if it deems this necessary, for example in the context of the reasonably required maintenance of the Platform.
5.2 In addition to the other (legal) remedies available to World of Media and Communication Ltd, World of Media and Communication Ltd shall at all times, without giving reasons and without prior explanation be entitled to (temporarily) restrict, suspend or disable your activities in connection with the Service, to temporarily or permanently delete your Account, to issue a warning, to terminate the service and to refuse to provide the Service, in particular – but not limited to – if:
- you are in breach of these terms and conditions;
- World of Media and Communication Ltd believes that actions by you, users, may cause damage or liability to yourself, World of Media and Communication Ltd or others. World of Media and Communication Ltd will not be liable in any way for this.
5.3 World of Media and Communication Ltd does not guarantee that the Platform and the Service will be accessible at all times and without interruptions or malfunctions. Malfunctions in the Service may also, but not exclusively, occur as a result of malfunctions in the internet or telephone connection or due to viruses or errors/defects. World of Media and Communication Ltd is in no way liable or liable to you for any damage resulting from or as a result of the (temporary) unavailability or (interim) failure of the Service.
5.4 You are responsible for the purchase and/or proper functioning of the infrastructure and proper telecom facilities (including internet connection) that are necessary to use the Service.
Article 6 IP rights
6.1 The IP rights in the Service and the Platform are owned by World of Media and Communication Ltd. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to transfer any IP rights to you.
6.2 Subject to the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and for the duration of the Agreement, World of Media and Communication Ltd grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and view the Platform and the Content in the manner and format as made available through the Platform.
6.3 It is not permitted to remove, make illegible, obscure or alter any notices or indications relating to IP rights.
6.4 You will not perform any actions that may infringe the IP rights of World of Media and Communication Ltd, such as registering domain names, trademarks or Google Adwords or requesting or reusing substantial parts of the Platform or the Content or at least the repeated and systematic requesting or reusing of non-substantial parts of the Platform or the Content as referred to in the Database Act.
Article 7 Guarantees
7.1 World of Media and Communication Ltd warrants that it will provide the Service with reasonable care.
7.2 You accept that the Service only contains the functionalities, Content and other properties as you find them at the time of use (on an “as is” basis). World of Media and Communication Ltd gives no guarantees, promises and indemnities with regard to the quality, safety, legality, completeness, integrity and correctness of the Content and the Service, unless otherwise stated in these general terms and conditions. World of Media and Communication Ltd is therefore not obliged to add certain Content to the Platform upon request.
7.3 In particular, World of Media and Communication Ltd does not guarantee that your use of the Service will produce any specific results, such as improvements in business or health results.
7.4 World of Media and Communication Ltd is not responsible for any decision made based on information obtained by you through the Service.
7.5 World of Media and Communication Ltd does not provide medical advice and is for information purposes only. World of Media and Communication Ltd cannot therefore be held liable.
Article 8 Liability
8.1 World of Media and Communication Ltd is liable to exercise reasonable care in the maintenance of the platform.
8.2 World of Media and Communication Ltd accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the provision of the Service, whether arising from unlawful acts or otherwise.
8.3 World of Media and Communication Ltd shall in any event never be liable for consequential damage, including pure financial loss, loss of turnover and profit, damage due to exchange, loss or damage of electronic data and/or delay in the transport of data traffic and immaterial damage.
8.4 World of Media and Communication Ltd shall not be liable for any damages resulting from any unauthorized access to or use of the Service by third parties.
8.5 The limitation of liability contained in this article shall not apply in the event of intent and/or deliberate recklessness on the part of World of Media and Communication Ltd itself and/or its managers.
Article 9 Force Majeure
9.1 World of Media and Communication Ltd is not responsible for the failure to deliver the Service when this is the result of unforeseen circumstances or situations beyond the reasonable control of World of Media and Communication Ltd, including but not limited to natural phenomena, war, actions of civil or military authorities, etc. This also includes the (temporary) unavailability of hosting services and the third party software used by World of Media and Communication Ltd and which enables the World of Media and Communication Ltd platform to function properly.
9.2 In the event of such delay, World of Media and Communication Ltd may be excused from performance of the Agreement to the extent that performance is delayed or prevented by such cause.
Article 10 Duration of right of return and termination
10.1 The Agreement is always for a fixed term unless otherwise agreed in additional agreements.
After the expiry of this specified period, this Agreement will be terminated without regard to any termination formality.
10.2 By concluding the agreement, the user confirms to waive the right of return, in accordance with the European guidelines on digital products.
10.3 Upon termination of the Agreement for any reason, your right to use the Service will immediately expire and access to the Service and to your Account will be immediately denied. World of Media and Communication Ltd will immediately delete your Account upon termination for any reason. World of Media and Communication Ltd is not obliged to provide and/or convert any information from the Platform to you after termination of the Agreement.
Article 11 Miscellaneous
11.1 If any provision of these general terms and conditions proves to be void or voidable or becomes or is invalid for any other reason than in whole or in part, the other provisions of the general terms and conditions shall remain in full force. World of Media and Communication Ltd shall replace the invalid provision with a provision that is valid and the legal consequences of which, given the content and scope of these general terms and conditions, correspond as closely as possible to those of the invalid provision.
11.2 World of Media and Communication Ltd may transfer rights and obligations arising from the Terms and Conditions to third parties and will notify you of this by e-mail.
11.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by – and interpreted in accordance with – Bulgarian law. The competent courts and tribunals for taking cognizance of disputes concerning these terms and conditions shall be subject to mandatory statutory provisions to the contrary.
Cancellation Policy
One-time payment
The courses on World of Media and Communication Ltd are paid for directly online, which means you can start quickly and easily at home. There is therefore no right of cancellation or withdrawal for these courses. Once purchased, you cannot cancel such a training and get your money back. This is because the content has already been shown.
Subscription
The subscription via World of Media and Communications Ltd is paid by monthly direct debit. By agreeing to the general terms and conditions you give an authorization for instalment payments.
If you wish to stop and/or cancel your subscription, you must notify us in writing by email to love@your-wayoflife.eu or fill in the contact form on the website www.your-wayoflife.eu.
We will answer your email within 5 business days and also unsubscribe you from the relevant and then concluded subscription. You will receive a written confirmation of your unsubscription by email.
There is a 1 month notice period. Subscriptions can be cancelled monthly.
Example: if you cancel your subscription on January 1, the subscription will be terminated on February 1.
